About us

Hi, I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I originally trained and worked as a pharmacist, but I’ve always been drawn to preventative medicine and a more holistic approach to health.

My interest in nutrition became personal when close friends and family began experiencing digestive issues. Also, a routine blood test showed I had blood sugar levels at the upper end of normal. I had not made the connection but I was suffering from blood sugar imbalance e.g. carbohydrate cravings, needing to eat often to keep up my energy, feeling tired in the afternoon etc. These led me to study Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), where I gained a deeper understanding of how diet and lifestyle can support long-term wellbeing.

I am passionate about using Nutrition to help you stay healthy and prevent illness. There is so much confusing information out there, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I break things down in a simple, practical way e.g. what you eat and how you sleep can impact your energy, cravings and mood. I use evidence-based nutritional science and tailor it to what works best for you.

For people who have food intolerances, food allergies and digestive issues, it can be difficult knowing what to eat. It’s easy to start feeling anxious about food or avoiding certain things altogether. I help people become more aware of what they’re eating and how it might be linked to how they feel. From there, we look at ways to manage symptoms and support gut healing in a way that feels achievable.

My aim is not to overwhelm anyone — I’m here to help people feel more confident in making small, realistic changes. I recognise that everyone's starting point is different and adjust my guidance accordingly. I love working with people who are ready to take charge of their health. If needed, I can also recommend lab tests (both conventional and functional) to investigate potential root causes and provide more targeted support.

I create a space where clients feel comfortable opening up about their concerns and goals, and I support them every step of the way. I bring together my backgrounds in both pharmaceuticals and nutrition to provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care. I look at the full picture—identifying potential nutrient imbalances, and carefully considering any drug-nutrient or drug-supplement interactions.

Why clients trust me

"My goal is to support you with practical, personalised strategies that fit your life and help you feel your best."
